You've always wanted to do something good for the community. So you became a hot dog man, a seller of exquisite street cuisine, a urban culinary master, the chef of the streets. Your name is Ray, a middle aged man just trying to do right for the economically depressed citizens of Crenshaw. Until one day, when angry looking men in blue clothing confront you.
