Good demo, I enjoyed it! Though, I was a bit disappointed it was so short. I can't wait to see where the story goes next!

As for what needs improving, basically what TakingFlyte said. I also love that we can pick our pony! I hope we also get to pick our cutie marks and colours if that ever becomes relevant.

I'm very glad to see a brony/pegasister here! But, anyways. The game is of fair quality. There are grammar errors that can easily be fixed, but they don't affect the quality of the game, luckily. The overall storyline is a but confusing. Why would Princess Luna, disguised as Nightmare Moon, be chasing after an OC pony? I found that odd, but the ability to decide what kind of pony you are really makes up for that. I enjoy customization in games. I'd love to see this be continued.
