"We're Not in Kansas Anymore"
Sloane Square
(INTRO TEXT - Again this story happens in no particular order to the intro is sort of vague e.g it is not a specific time after the blackout)
As transport in and out of London was destroyed in one catastrophic moment, millions of survivors were stranded in a city unable to support them. Some were thousands of miles from their homes and families. Finding food, water and shelter made up the daily struggle for many of the people trapped in the city, but for some, the fight to return home was greater than the need to stay alive. If all you want to do is go home, can anyone convince you to give up hope?
(START) A large man is clutching his chest, bent over. He flaps away his concerned wife. They're both in shorts and 'I love London' T-shirts, sweat-soaked. They look American. "Are you ok?" I call over. The wife is waving to me to come over. I approach. "Please sir, can you help us find the US Embassy? We need to get back home. This terrorist attack has destroyed our vacation and Bob's blood pressure. You have to breathe slowly, Bob!" Her husband is gasping for breath. The embassy is the last thing they need, perhaps they don't know what has happened.
