Philosophy Story 

Ever since I can remember I have always loved kids, and I knew that one day my job would involve working with them. I had the best first grade teacher, who made me love school and learning. I have always wanted to be this kind of teacher, but wasn’t sure if teaching was really for me. Come college I still didn’t know what I wanted to do, until I got a job at an After School care program. This made my decision, teaching was for me. My favorite part of the day was being with the children and helping with homework, and watching them have that aha moment when they finally understand something. Being with them and helping them came so naturally that I knew I was supposed to do this for the rest of my life.
